Therapeutic Experience

Christopher Radali has extensive experience in clinical research across various therapeutic areas, including:

• Type 2 Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease: Lead Monitor in Phase III trials.
• Multiple Sclerosis: Lead Monitor in Phase I/III trials.
• Inflammatory Bowel Diseases: Lead Monitor for Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease in Phase II trials.
• Hemophilia: Involvement in multiple phases as Lead Monitor and Monitor for both Hemophilia A and B, including pediatric studies.
• Infectious Diseases: Monitored trials for tuberculosis and complicated staphylococcus infections.
• Cardiovascular and Respiratory Conditions: Managed studies related to myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis, asthma, and gastroesophageal reflux

Professional Experience

Christopher has held various roles at PSI since April 2019, progressing from Senior CRA to Lead Clinical Research Associate. His responsibilities include:

• Coordinating site feasibility and study startup processes.
• Monitoring project timelines, patient enrollment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing communication between project teams and site staff, ensuring data integrity and safety reporting.
• Conducting training for new staff and overseeing site audits.

Prior to PSI, he served as a Clinical Project Manager at Global Alliance for TB Drug Development, where he managed clinical trial sites and developed study protocols. His earlier roles include managing global safety databases and clinical trial management at Schering-Plough and GlaxoSmithKline.

Education

Christopher holds a PhD in Cell Biology/Embryology from the University of the Witwatersrand and has completed advanced project management training. He has received several awards for academic excellence and professional contributions.

He is certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and has participated in various training programs to enhance his skills in clinical research management.
